Frozen Frame Productions is a small independent film & TV production company. The company was founded in January 2006 in Toronto, Canada by two aspiring filmmakers: JC Goloubev and James Robinson.

 

Currently we are based near Yokohama, Japan and the company is almost exclusively operated by JC.
